RENTERS/VISITORS/GUESTS
We hope you enjoy your stay at Intervale. Please review all important renter’s resources before your arrival so you can make the most of your time in our beautiful four seasons community.
All renters/guests/visitors are responsible for knowing and following Intervale Community rules during their stay. Intervale Homeowners Association may fine any owner if they — or their guests — violate Community rules and/or damage HOA property. To avoid surprises, ask the owner of the unit where you are staying about their policies and procedures for fines incurred as a result of guests’ rules violations or communal property damage.
If you have problems, questions, noise complaints, and/or firewood or maintenance needs during your stay, contact the owner of the unit where you are renting or the owner’s rental manager (if applicable).

PARKING
Owners or renters are permitted to park 2 cars at their unit; one in the carport and one behind it. Additional parking is available in the Overflow Lot near the office. This is especially important in winter when plowing may become necessary at any time. <link to parking map>
GARBAGE
All trash must be placed in clear plastic bags. Winhall has mandatory recycling of newspaper, plastic and metal waste. Trash should be placed in garbage closet with doors securely closed. Garbage is picked up by our own maintenance crew on DAYS, please use care in prepping it!
PETS
Pets are allowed for Owners only, renters are prohibited from having pets at any time. For Owners: any pets must, at all times, be accompanied, leashed, and under full control of their owners when outdoors. Pet owners MUST clean up their pet waste. For your convenience there are multiple pet waste trash containers with waste bags located around the entire property.
PROPER HANDLING OF ASHES
Call the office and ask that our maintenance crew dispose of your fireplace ashes. Improper handling is the largest cause of home fires in Vermont. If you must do it yourself, wait several days and then place ashes in a metal container and place it outside. Do not place the container on the deck surface or in the garbage closet.
